Post-Treatment Instructions

What you need to know after each LAZATRIX® dose

Help reduce radiation exposure to yourself and others

Important: Your body, blood, and urine give off radiation after treatment. Count Day 1 as the day after you receive LAZATRIX®.

1.1 Stay Hydrated

Drink lots of fluids and urinate frequently

Duration: 1 day

1.2 Keep Distance

Stay more than 3 feet away

• Adults: 2 days
• Children/Pregnant: 7 days
1.3 Sleep Separately

Sleep in separate bedroom

• Adults: 3 days
• Children: 7 days
• Pregnant: 15 days
1.4 Birth Control

No sex for 7 days

Use birth control during treatment + 14 weeks after

Monitor for side effects

Tell your doctor about any side effects as they may be able to help.

Decreased blood cell counts
Joint pain
Tiredness
Constipation
Dry mouth
Back pain
Nausea
Appetite loss
